Parc de Bagatelle

Parc de Bagatelle. (Open Map)

The romanticism of the Parc Monceau is unparalleled. It was developed from a bet between Marie-Antoinette and the Count of Artois in 1775, and it showcases a stunning array of flora - with irises blooming in May, roses during the summer months and water lilies during August and September. To top off its beauty, the park also features a magnificent château constructed in the 18th century specifically for the younger brother of Louis XVI.
