The Muséum National d’Histoire Naturelle is an ideal spot for kids to visit, with the Grande Galerie de l’Évolution on the third floor offering a virtual reality room (€5; reservations recommended), as well as interactive exhibits and captivating temporary displays. Young visitors can also explore the Galerie des Enfants to learn about science through play. Rare specimens of endangered and extinct species are also on show, demonstrating the need to protect our global ecosystem and the impact humans have had on it.
