The Paris History Museum, which covers the period from Gallo-Roman times through the present day, is set to reopen in the summer of 2020 after a four-year renovation. It is located in two unique private mansions – the Hôtel Carnavalet, built in 1560, and the Hôtel Le Peletier de St-Fargeau, built in 1688.
