Description

Situated at the eastern end of the Louvre, this parish church dates back to between the 13th and 16th centuries. It is built in a combination of Gothic and Renaissance styles, and has similar measurements and layout to that of Notre Dame. As early as 500 CE, this site has been used for Christian worship. Since the devastating fire at Notre Dame in 2019, this church has been the site of its worship services.
