Description
A croissant workshop in Paris puts your hands in the dough of the classic French breakfast. For two hours a professional chef guides you through the basics of artisanal viennoiserie in a friendly workshop in the 17th arrondissement, near Place de l'Étoile. Explanations are given in French and English.
You learn the techniques that matter most: lamination, the puff pastry that gives croissants their layers, then shaping and baking both croissants and pain au chocolat. All ingredients and equipment are provided, and the group is small, with up to ten participants. The workshop is open to everyone, including beginners, and suits anyone who loves food.
- a 2-hour pastry workshop with a chef
- your pastries tasted on site with hot drinks and juice
- the rest of your creations to take away
