Description

A Seine River cruise with rosé and macarons on a small boat, limited to six passengers, passing the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre and Notre-Dame in 90 minutes.

A Seine River cruise with rosé and macarons is a calm way to see Paris from the water. The boat has room for ten, yet only six passengers are taken, for more comfort. The 90-minute trip begins by the Île aux Cygnes, with the Statue of Liberty in view.

The Eiffel Tower comes up almost at once, and from the river you see it from an angle the streets do not offer. The boat then slides past a string of landmarks, one after another:

  • the Grand Palais and Pont Alexandre III
  • the Musée d'Orsay
  • the Louvre
  • Notre-Dame, which you pass very close

At that point the boat turns around and you watch the same bridges and monuments again from the opposite bank.

On board you are offered rosé, Evian water and macarons, and you may bring any other food or drink you fancy. Children can come along, with lifejackets in all sizes. The cruise may be rescheduled or cancelled in bad weather, in which case a full refund is offered.
